Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Please note that some product images are for illustration purposes only. You will receive the correct item based on the model or part number you choose.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” page. There, you’ll find the invoice and receipt for each completed order.

How can I return an item?

Because our products are highly specific, we aim to resolve issues first and will provide return instructions if a return is needed.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Not all out-of-stock items will be restocked, especially discontinued models. For restock inquiries, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Where can I ship my order? How about tax?

Orders can be shipped internationally. If any tax, duty, or handling charge is applied by your local customs, it must be paid by the buyer upon receipt.
